Dear Birth Parents,

Thank you for taking the time to look at our profile. We know that it takes a lot of love and courage to make an important decision about your child’s future. Please know that we pray for you and your child daily. If you choose to place your child with us please know we will talk about the love you have for them and how brave you were to make this difficult decision to lookout for their best interest. Our hope is that you can see the love we have for each other and how much we want to share it with a child.

Daniel grew up with both parents in the home. He is the youngest of three. He has an older sister and brother. His father worked construction then did shift work and his mom was a stay-at-home mom until he got older. They went to baseball games and six flags for family vacations. Daniel played baseball when he was younger. After he graduated high school, Daniel worked for a traveling company. He now works as a welder for a local business.

Chelsey grew up with both parents in the home. She is the oldest of two. She has one brother who is seven years younger. Her father worked for a company that built custom cabinets. Her mom was a stay-at-home mom. For family vacations they would go visit her grandparents or other out of town relatives. She spent most of school breaks with her maternal grandmother. She played soccer, basketball and softball and was in Girl Scouts. After she graduated high school, Chelsey went on to get two bachelor degrees; one in early childhood and one in elementary education. She now teaches Pre-K at a local school in their home town.

Since before we were married we have always discussed having children. We’ve had names picked out since we were in high school. A few months after being married our dreams of conceiving a child were crushed. We were told that we would not be able to conceive a child. We looked into fertility treatments but after lots of prayers we felt a push from God to pursue adoption. Adoption was something we had always considered even when we were in high school we discussed adopting. We are very excited about this journey and know God will bless us.

Why are you interested in building a family though adoption: After a few months of marriage we found out we could not have children. We looked into IVF, spent a lot of time in prayer and realized adoption was the way we wanted to build our family.

Openness to Birth parents: We would love to keep a relationship with you through sending pictures and letters of your child.

Childcare Plans: Our plan is for Chelsey to take maternity leave from work to be with the child. We then plan to have a lady from our church watch the child until they are one years old and then enroll them in the Early Childhood center at a local Vo-tech.
