Assistant Director Lisa Prather in Uganda
There are an estimated 2 Million orphans in Uganda; many of these children are orphans due to losing a parent to AIDS. Lisa Prather, Assistant Director in Nightlight's South Carolina Office, has been traveling to Uganda this week (Nov. 14-21) as a representative of Nightlight Christian Adoptions. The goal of her trip is to make contact with adoption professionals and visit a few orphanages. In addition, she has been distributing clothes, food, formula, and other needs to the orphanages she comes into contact with. Financial
donations are welcome. It is our desire to begin an adoption program in Uganda.
