Altitude gives Kyrgyzstan particularly dry weather, with harsh winters and hot summers. A July summer's day typically begins at 89°F and usually halves by nightfall. While in the midst of the winter season, the mercury hovers around 32°F and gets as low as -75°F. After a bitter winter, a change is always welcome and spring time temperatures quickly warm things up.
