Dear Birthparent,

Thank you for considering us as potential parents of your child. We are strong in faith and believe that God means for us to continue adding to our family through adoption. Prayer has helped us many times in our lives when we have needed to make important decisions. Whatever decision you make, we believe you are making it out of love. We offer our prayers for your health and peace in your heart.

We have been married for almost 4 years. We met at church and became good friends first. Once we realized we'd found our soul mate we were married soon after!

It was challenging trying to start a family, and after several months of fertility treatments, we decided that we would move forward in our plans to adopt. Adoption was an easy choice for both of us. Even before we got married, we had already decided that we would adopt. We believe that God is preparing another special child for us to add to our family.

Timothy is not only a wonderful husband, but a great person. Anyone who knows Timothy will tell you how sincere, humble and genuine he is. He has a strong love for children of all ages. One of the things that impressed me most about Timothy is his patience. As Christian people say, "He has the patience of Job".

Tim is also the pastor of a church we started. He is full of energy and loves spending time playing with our children. A day doesn't go by that he doesn't spend time on the floor with them. He is great father to our 3 children.

Dee is the most organized person I know. She is a wonderful partner - full of life and always ready for new challenges. She loves being a mother. You can see the love she has for our children by the way she puts their needs above her own. She has a big heart.

Dee is dependable, energetic, and compassionate. My wife is cheerful, she loves to laugh, and is very intuitive. She is a fantastic mother. Her great organizational skills keep our family running like a well oiled machine.

We have very strong Christian values. Our relationship with God is an extremely important part of our lives. We share our Christian values with our children.

We have 3 children, one girl (Makenzie) and two boys (Micah & Morgan). Makenzie and Micah are only 3 months apart, so adopting them was like having twins. Morgan is only a year younger, so they all are very close in age. We choose an open adoption for all three of our children. We have been very blessed that our children's birthmothers have wanted to stay in contact with us.

We own a comfortable 5 bedroom home in a friendly neighborhood. To give our children even more room to play, we turned our dining room into an indoor playroom, complete with a ballpit, kiddie kitchen and mini swing set.

Our community is filled with children of all ages playing ball, riding bikes, and swimming.

We have a Shih Tzu named "Serenity". We call him "Renny" most of the time. He is a true joy for us. Of course, he is very spoiled, but would welcome another child into our family easily. Our children love petting and playing with Renny. He does very well with them.

We believe that being a parent is both the most rewarding and challenging experience ever. Our greatest strength as parents is our ability to slow down, open up and listen to each other from an honest and loving point of view.

We truly believe that a child would have a happy and fulfilling life with us. We can hardly wait to become parents again and feel that open adoption is a beautiful way to build a family.

Home: Our four bedroom three and half bathroom home is located in North Carolina. We also have a bonus room that we converted to a playroom complete with a ballpit and indoor swingset with slide. It is the perfect indoor play area for our little ones.

Pets: We have one dog (Shih Tzu) named Serenity.

Finances: We are financially stable and secure.

Why are you interested in building a family though adoption: Even before we discovered that we were unable to conceive a child, we had decided that we would adopt. We love children and knew adoption was the perfect choice to grow our family.

Openness to Birth parents: We currently have an open adoption with our 3 children's birthmothers. Because we want our children to have to know their birth families, we would prefer open adoption for any children we adopt.

Childcare Plans: Dee is blessed to be able to work from home everyday.

Statement of Faith: We believe the Holy Bible (The Old and New Testaments) is the inspired and infallible word of God. We believe in the triune God - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Type of child we wish to adopt: Boy or girl (twins would be great). We know the Lord has a plan for us and we will be blessed with the children He wants us to have.
